Accompanied by other members of the Royal family, Queen Elizabeth II arrived at the Show greeted by Sir Nicholas Bacon, President of the Royal Horticultural Society.

Receiving a private tour of the gardens, the Queen looked around displays including the RHS Feel Good Garden, the Welcome to Yorkshire Garden and the Morgan Stanley garden for the NSPCC.
