Troubleshooting:

1. Sat Nav fall down from windscreen.

A: Please look the big picture, The sat nav is about 1.1KG which is a little heavy, so we do not recommend to install on windscreen, we always recommend to stick on dashboard, so it will be more safe when driving.

2. Do not found postcode?

A: The postcode format should be input correctly. (NOTE: If the postcode contains a space, such as “G43 1E8”, do not forget to enter a space, otherwise the search will not match.) [Menu–Navigation–Destination–Find Address–Select City/County–Enter Postcode]

3. Cannot find destination?

A: The main issue is on map do not contain the newest road information, so if happend the issue, please don't worry, welcome go to our website to update the 9 inch maps, the problem should be resolved.

PS: If found the GPS signal is easy lost, welcome receive the GPS signal outdoors or empty place, do not recommend at home or around high building, Or welcome go to our website to update the maps, the issue maybe resolved.
