Product description

The official replacement for both the Fluke 1651B and Fluke 1652C multifunction testers, the Fluke 1662 is faster, smarter and includes more features than ever before. With the 1662 as part of your kit, you’ll have everything you need for basic testing of electrical installations within domestic, commercial and domestic applications. Its also ideal for ensuring that fixed wiring is safe, and is correctly installed in accordance with the requirements of IEC 60364, plus any relevant local standards. The 1662 boasts a number of improvements compared to legacy 1651 and 1652 models. These are: RCD tripping current level ramp tests RCD auto tests and ramp tests Pulsating DC sensitive RCD tests (G and S type) Remote probe for easier test activation On/off switchable auto start for RCD and loop testing A heavy duty, single input line cord Integrated computer interface (requires Fluke DMS software, sold separately) Those are just the new features; the 1662 also comes with everything you’d expect from Flukes multifunction testers including voltage/frequency, insulation resistance, continuity, loop/line resistance, prospective earth fault current, prospective short circuit current, multiple RCD testing functions and a phase sequence indicator. The 1662 is also ergonomically designed for easy test selection and activation, comes with a backlit screen for use in any lighting conditions, is true RMS for added accuracy when testing AC and is CAT III 500V safety rated. As standard the Fluke 1662 also includes a three year warranty from Fluke.
