Save time and eliminate all chance of error. The Safescan 2250’s back-loading hopper can hold up to 300 banknotes and accurately count them, up to
1.000 notes per minute. This banknote counter automatically checks every banknote for three distinct security traits: UV markings, magnetic markings and bill size.
It will pause and beep to alert you when it encounters a suspicious bill; simply remove the offender and press start to resume counting. The spacious backlit LCD screen tells you exactly what you need to know: the number of banknotes counted and the specific count and detection settings you’ve selected.Note:the machine is compatible with Northern Irish banknotes but these notes do need to be separated from Bank of England notes and also separated per issuing bank due to the variety of notes in circulation in Northern Ireland. – the same rule applies to Scottish banknotes as Northern Irish banknotes. The notes for Scotland need to be separated away from English notes and per issuing bank.
