As usual with Panasonic, the predecessor model, the bestseller ER-1611 was carefully developed for the Panasonic hair trimmer er-dgp72. At the centre of the improvements, the shaving head is a new carbon/titanium coating reduces friction and thus the heat generation, which makes hair and beard cutting even more enjoyable. In addition, the wear on the shaving head is reduced, which lasts almost twice as long as that of the predecessor.
