No, the Recon 70 is a wired headset and does not need to be charged.

Does this headset have a volume control wheel?

Yes, it does, it’s located on the bottom backside of the left earcup

How long is the cable?

The cable is 4 ft. long

Will this headset work with PC?

If your computer has a single jack for both headset audio and mic audio, you will be able to plug the headset directly into that single jack. If your computer has separate jacks, you will need a PC Splitter Cable (sold separately).
