Shopping for a new smart TV? Almost all TVs these days have some kind of smart TV platform included on the device, making it more difficult to sort through all of the options on the market to find the best smart TV 2022 has to offer. Many manufacturers partner with established brands like Roku, Amazon and Google to enhance their TV system.
You can transform just about any TV with an HDMI port into a “smart TV” by adding a streaming device, but it’s cheaper and sometimes more convenient to have it built right in. Most smart TVs, no matter the brand, work with popular streaming services like Netflix, Disney Plus and HBO Max, but they differ in menu design, voice search results and overall ease of use.
