Dillard’s currently has amazing markdowns and deals on a range of products, and shoppers planning to make a visit want to know about the store hours on New Year’s Day 2023. For a while, people have also been inquiring about its annual 50 per cent off sale, which has been sort of a ritual to many for years. As the anticipation of shoppers about its year-end sale was only increasing with each passing day, Dillard’s finally revealed on Twitter if it was holding the event or not.

Dillard’s stores will be open at regular hours on New Year’s Day, January 1.

2023. Axios reports, the stores will open at 10 am and close at 6 pm. The timings may vary for some branches in the observance of the New Year.

So, we suggest you call your local store before heading out. All stores will work as usual from January 2.

Is the 2023 annual sale happening?

Dillard’s confirmed on Twitter that there will be no New Year 2023 sale. Previously, when people on Twitter tagged Dillard’s in tweets and asked about the possibility of a sale ahead of the new year, the company shared: “Hi, the best way to stay in the loop on upcoming sales is by signing up for our emails.”

However, another tweet that was shared in response to a user read: “Dillard’s has thousands of newly reduced prices and incredible deals to shop, but we will not be having an additional discount on permanently reduced merchandise.”

After-Christmas sale is on

Dillard’s after-Christmas sale, which is currently taking place on its website, is offering shoppers up to 65 per cent discount on select items. The clearance sale is applicable on thousands of products from different brands with new markdowns including women’s clothing, shoes, juniors, accessories, and home products. The average discount on all products ranges from 20-40 per cent.

As the shopping doesn’t show if the stores are holding an in-person sale, you can call your nearest branch for more details on the same.
