Amazon launch huge 99p sale on Audible, Kindle and music deals

Amazon is offering limited-time deals across their most popular entertainment services including Audible, Kindle and Amazon Music. The deals come just ahead of the Amazon Spring Sale which starts at 6pm on March, 27 and runs until 11.59pm on Wednesday, March 29 with up to 40% off some of the platform’s best-selling products and big-brand items. Discounts will be available across a range of departments including grocery, video games, pets, sports, toys, home, fashion and furniture.

We’ve compiled a list below of some of the deals shoppers can get their hands on now ahead of the big day on Monday.

Audible for 99p

If you like to listen to podcasts or audiobooks, Audible has over 450,000 books and hundreds of podcasts available to stream or download.

Subscribers to Amazon’s audiobook service purchase content using a monthly credit-based system. The standard membership includes one new audiobook every month, but there are also free books to stream or download and extra Audible credits can be purchased to buy more. Standard membership usually costs GBP7.99 per month, but from April, 1 until April 23, new subscribers can enjoy three months of Audible for just 99p.

Membership reverts to GBP7.99 after the first three months. The subscription renews automatically but can be cancelled at any time.

Kindle Unlimited

Kindle Unlimited is a new service that allows subscribers to read as much as they want, at any time. With millions of titles and thousands of audiobooks to choose from, Kindle Unlimited subscribers can explore new authors, books, and genres on their Kindle device, phone, tablet or computer.

From today, Amazon is running a seven-day deal that offers three months subscription to Kindle Unlimited for the price of one. New subscribers will have access to millions of titles and selected magazines if they sign up before March, 29 and will pay just GBP9.49 for all three months, saving GBP18.98 on the standard GBP9.49 monthly fee. The GBP9.49 monthly fee applies from month four, and terms and conditions apply.

Amazon Music for free

Music lovers can sign up for three months of Amazon Music Unlimited for free until April, 24.

The deal is already live and subscribers will have access to over 100 million songs in HD and millions of songs in Ultra HD to enjoy high-quality streaming audio. The subscription service lets users pick and play any song or podcast ad-free, as well as the ability to listen offline, and usually costs GBP10.99 per month, or GBP8.99 for Amazon Prime members. Terms and conditions apply and at the end of the three-month period, listeners will be charged either GBP10.99 or GBP8.99 per month but can cancel at any time in the Amazon Music settings.

Shoppers can snap up some great deals on entertainment devices and E-books in the Amazon Spring Sale.

From 6pm on March, 27 bargain hunters can save GBP50 on Amazon Echo devices including the Echo Dot (5th Gen) (GBP29.99), Echo Show 8 (2nd Gen) (GBP84.99) and Echo Show 15 (GBP219.99) Additionally, there will be savings of up to GBP60 on Fire Tablets including Fire HD 10 Tablet (GBP109.99) and Fire HD 10 Kids Tablet (GBP149.99), and further savings on Kindle devices, including Kindle Scribe (GBP284.99), Kindle Paperwhite (GBP94.99) and Kindle 2022 (GBP69.99). Amazon Warehouse – a lesser-known section of the site that offers great deals on quality used, pre-owned, or open-box products – also has great deals on headphones, earbuds and Kindle accessories for your listening and reading pleasure.

From March 22, shoppers can save a further 10% on selected Amazon Warehouse products, and as much as 20% between March, 27 and March, 29.
