Five fun-filled kids Easter camps for smallies of all ages and interests
With the Easter holidays fast approaching, many parents are frantically planning how to make sure their little ones get the most out of the two weeks of freedom. Not only are kids’ camps a fab way to keep children entertained (and sort out childcare for the school holidays), they’re also great to keep their bodies and minds active. Whether you’ve kids who’re into sport, science or singing – here are some exciting Easter camps running across Co Cork this year –
Starcamps This is a no-brainer. Starcamp is one of the best in Ireland, with lots of entertainment on offer for both younger and older children.
They’re doing camps for ages 4-12 in Ballincollig, Carrigaline, Douglas and Midleton with their Easter entertainment schedule packed with music, dance, acting, games, public speaking, egg hunts and plenty more. Mardyke Arena Activity Camps Another hugely popular option in Cork, the UCC Mardyke Arena does some super kids’ camps with loads of activities including an inflatable obstacle course, swimming, a climbing wall, dodgeball, arts and crafts, lego and giant bowling. They cater for children between the ages of 4-12 and camps run from 10am to 3pm.

Let’s Go Summer Schools The Let’s Go camps are always very popular in the summer but they also do Easter camps that feature loads of fun activities for kids aged 5-12.
Bouncy castles, hula hoops, a Disco Dome, arts and crafts, zorb balls, go-karts, soccer, rounders and even the chance to try out a VR headset – it sounds so fun we nearly wish we could book ourselves in!

TechKidz Another good one for smallies fond of innovation, science and technology. These educational camps have an impressive list of activities including robotics, computer skills, coding, 3D graphics and of course, computer games like Minecraft and Roblox.
