A house hunter has bagged a bargain after a Middlesbrough home was sold at auction. The two-bedroom mid-terrace house on Beaumont Road, in North Ormesby, was sold for just GBP34,000 freehold at an auction on Wednesday. The home is the perfect spot to settle down for Boro fans, as it is located just one mile away from the Riverside Stadium and the River Tees.
While Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers did admit that the property needed a little bit of TLC, the lucky investor will surely be able to bring it back to its former glory. The home was among 141 lots in the latest auction held by the property auctioneers, which is one of the top five in the UK.
