Pizza Palooza is Back!

March 27, 2023 Submitted by Thomas Hoffman For the first time since March 2019, South Shore SNAP will be hosting  one of its favorite fundraisers, Pizza Palooza.  The event has been renamed Pizza Palooza plus and will be held Wednesday March 29th from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Hingham HS Cafeteria.

Pizza will be served by Big Y, Boat House Bistro Cohasset House of Pizza, Comellas, Old Country Pizza, Olympus Pizza, Peel, Route 3A Pizza, South Shore Sports Center and Victoria’s.  There will also be food tastings provided by Caffe Tosca,. Euro Mart, Greenside Grille, The Venetian and Wahlburgers.  Desserts will be provided by Fratelli’s of Weymouth, Bread basket Cafe and Bakery of Hull and the Launch Program.  Hornstra Farms again will provide chocolate milk and ice cream while Weir Rive5r4 Water System is providing water. During the event, SNAP will also hold a raffle with over 20 items including gift cards, a fitness basket, a beauty package and a soccer ball autographed by the New England Revolution.  Raffle tickets are £ 5 each.  For £ 25 , an attendee will receive six raffle tickets, a flashing ring and while supplies last, a Jersey Mike’s coupon for a free sub.

Admission is £ 15 per person and £ 35 per family.

The event is sponsored by The Beth and South Shore Savings Bank with all proceeds helping staff fund their popular SNAP Summer Program and the already sold out I Can Shine Learn to Ride Program.
