MAM’s Easy Start Self Sterilising MAM Anti-Colic Bottle is the ideal baby bottle for newborns, specially designed to minimise colic symptoms by reducing the amount of air swallowed while feeding. The vented base allows for an even drinking flow so babies can remain calm and relaxed without swallowing air. The vented base can help to reduce colic in 80 Percent of cases, leaving nights quieter and babies happier. The bottle comes with a spill-proof lid and a measuring scale on the side so you can ideally measure even the smallest amounts of baby formula or breast milk.

The bottle comes with MAM Slow-Flow Skin Soft Silicone teat which is silky soft and provides a familiar feel for babies. Are these bottles microwaveable?

MAM Easy Start Anti-Colic Baby Bottles can be sterilised by boiling or in an electric or microwavable steam steriliser; or by using a cold water solution.

They are also the only self-sterilising baby bottles.

Can these bottles reduce colic?

Yes, the MAM Easy Start Bottles have an anti-colic feature. The unique MAM vented base and valve allows the pressure in the bottle to remain neutral so babies are able to drink uninterrupted and swallow in less air bubbles.

What type of plastic are the bottles made of?

MAM baby bottles are made from polypropylene (PP). PP is rigid, tough & strongly heat-resistant. Many items for medical or laboratory use are made from PP. It has good resistance to fatigue & is virtually unbreakable, odourless & skin-friendly.
