Mister Chip’s announced this afternoon on social media that Saturday (April 8) will be the restaurant’s last day in business. The entire post on Instagram reads: “Saturday will be our last day of operations at Mister Chip’s.
Thank you for your business! *All outstanding gift cards can be redeemed at Opal’s Table for their current value.”
This announcement comes just two months after owner Chip Hight sat down with the Reporter-Telegram to clarify a false report on Facebook about the restaurant closing in February. Mister Chip’s, located at 607 N. Colorado St., opened its downtown doors in June 2022.
