Superdrug's best products voted for by customers from Garnier to …
Superdrug has named its Star Awards 2023 winners including a GBP3.99 Garnier hair mask and bargain own brand moisturiser for GBP3.49 voted for by customers. The health and beauty retailer announced top beauty picks across tens of categories at an event in London last week – and is now offering shoppers some brilliant money-saving deals on them. Superdrug is already one of the UK’s go-to destinations for beauty shopping, however, its latest offer is likely to make it even more popular.
The retail giant hosted its yearly industry awards at the Gherkin in Central London last Tuesday (March 21), reports Retail Times. Products and brands across more than 30 skincare, makeup and toiletry categories were crowned at the 2023 Star Awards. Chosen based on votes from Superdrug customers and industry experts, this year’s picks included loads of bargain beauty buys such as Radox’s Sweet Summer Nights Shower Gel (“Best Shower & Bath”) and Garnier’s Ultimate Blends Banana Hair Mask (“Best Hair Treatment”).

Both winners are already relatively reasonable at GBP2.99 and GBP8.99 respectively. However, hot on the heels of the awards, Superdrug has also slashed prices across both award-winning brands – with the Garnier’s nourishing hair treatment now costing GBP3.99 and the scented Radox shower cream reduced to just GBP1.25. What’s more, shiny new sale prices aren’t the only way Superdrug customers get to benefit right now.
Until Tuesday, April 18, Superdrug is also offering its loyalty rewards members triple points on every single thing which either won or got shortlisted in the Star Awards. This includes makeup like Maybelline’s GBP11.99 Sky High Cosmic Black Mascara (winner of “Best Mascara”) as well as Superdrug’s bargain Simply Pure range – a fragrance-free facial care line with a face wash for GBP2.99, moisturiser for GBP4.99 and seriously well-rated serum for GBP3.99. The latter won “Best Superdrug Brand”.
Similarly to Boots’ Advantage Card system, Superdrug Health and Beautycard holders earn points by shopping online or in-store – typically getting one point per GBP1 spent.
100 points accrued then becomes GBP1 for you to spend in multiples of 100 on whatever takes your fancy – whether that’s designer fragrances or baby care essentials or toiletry basics. If you don’t have enough points for a product you can also part-pay with cash or card. Shop Garnier’s Ultimate Blends Banana Hair Mask, Radox’s Sweet Summer Nights Shower Gel and Superdrug’s Simply Pure facial skincare range online and in-store at Superdrug. Online shoppers get free delivery on orders above GBP25 – or above GBP15 if you’re a Health and Beautycard holder.
