Various Unit Options
Whether you’re measuring solids or liquids, there’s a unit that will help you get the most accurate reading. Use g or lb:oz with solids, and mL or fl’oz (each with Milk or Water density settings) for liquids.
Tare Function
Place any bowl or container on the scale and use the Tare function to zero out the measurement. Then add your ingredient to find out its weight. Adding another ingredient and want to find out its weight by itself? Tare again and continue.
