Place the cloud in the centre of the table and the raindrops and die next to it. Take two straight ladders and insert them into the cloud. Place the other ladders in the box next to the cloud. The player who has most recently seen a full moon goes first, if you can’t decide, the youngest player goes first.
Roll the die and place the ladder according to the die – if the die shows one ladder, place the ladder so that it is only touching one ladder. If the die shows two ladders, place the ladder so that it is touching exactly two ladders. If the die shows a crescent moon, place the ladder so that its tip becomes the highest point of the structure.
As you place a ladder, the other ladders in the structure may move. You can continue to move your ladder as long as you do not let go of it and you have not caused any ladder to touch the table or cloud. However, once you let go of your ladder, it can no longer be moved. If you make a mistake you will need to take a raindrop
The game ends when the last raindrop is taken or the last ladder is placed. The player with the fewest raindrops wins.
