FAQ – About the Portable Monitor

Q：How can I increase the brightness of portable monitor?

A：Due to a software issue with the monitor, when you connect the device directly to a single monitor, the brightness of the monitor will only go up to 50. Therefore, we will remind you that you need to add an additional Type-C cable to power the display. For this cable, you can find a wall charger that plugs into an outlet

Q：How to properly connect a portable monitor?

A：[ Type-C connection ] When you connect the device directly to a single cable, the monitor can only go up to 50 brightness. Therefore, we will remind you that you need to add an additional Type-C cable and wall charger to power the monitor.

[ HDMI Connection ] As you've discovered, the monitor comes with two cables, HDMI and Type-C. If your device only has one HDMI port, you can connect it with the included HDMI cable. But it should be noted that when the HDMI cable is connected to the device with a single cable, the monitor cannot be displayed. At this time, you need to use the Type-C cable and wall charger to supply power.

Q：Is there a VESA mount hole on the back and How do I turn up the sound on my monitor?

A: No, the portable monitor doesn't have VESA. The portable monitor's built-in speaker is 1w, so the highest speaker is 50.
