Is the knob swappable?

The knob on RT100 keyboard is not hot swappable.

Why does the spacebar get uneven and the switch pops out?

Because the bottom cotton of the spacebar is a bit long. You can cut off some of the bottom cotton and the spacebar will work fine.

The mini display isn’t working any longer, where can I find a replacement for it?

You can contact our customer support and send your order number, once we confirm the mini display is defective, we can send a replacement one for you.

Does RT100 keyboard come with a ISO(UK) layout keyboard?

The ISO(UK) layout keyboards are still in development. It may take a few months before they are available for sale.
