No, currently eufy RoboVacs only support a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network. To reset LR30 Hybrid’s Wi-Fi, press and hold both buttons on the top panel for 3 seconds until you hear a voice alert.

2. What’s the lowest height the RoboVac can pass under?

The minimum height that RoboVac can pass must exceed 100mm. If the space under your sofa or cabinet is less than or close to 100mm, we recommend you to set a “no entry” area or place other obstacles in front of it to prevent it from getting stuck.

3. What’s LR30 Hybrid’s compatible voltage？

In the UK, LR30 Hybrid supports voltages from 220V to 240V~50/60Hz.

4. Does LR30 Hybrid support multi-floor cleaning? Can I save multiple maps?

Yes, it supports multi-floor cleaning. You can save up to 3 maps when the Multi-Map Save feature is turned on in the app.

5. How to use the LR30 Hybrid to clean the carpet?

Before cleaning the carpet, please ensure removal of the Mopping Module and setting up of a “no mop” zone: for places where the device can get stuck easily.
