The first 1-3 batches of ice cubes might not be in perfect status and may not be made as quickly. Give it time to get to run stably.

An ice maker is not a freezer, it does not keep the ice frozen. Use ice immediately or keep them in the freezer.

Please do not use distilled water, pure water with low TDS value, water for various beverages, warm water, water with a high PH.

Please operate the ice maker at an environment with an ambient temperature between 10℃ and 26℃ and fill the water reservoir with water ranges between 8℃ and 28℃.
