What to do if the WiFi configuration doesn't work?
Only 2.4GHz WiFi is supported. If your router supports dual bands, split the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. You can also contact Imou support team for further assistance.
How to download the video from Imou App?
Connect your smartphone to the same network as the camera and access Imou life App > Me > Tool > Lan view to download the SD card video.
What to do if the camera goes offline on Imou life App?
If the red LED light is flashing, move the camera closer to the router and reinstall it. If the green LED light is steady, check if your mobile phone's network is normal and smooth.
