Weleda Calendula Baby Bath and Shampoo carefully cleanses and gently cares for a baby’s skin and hair. Extracts from biodynamically grown calendula flowers helps soothe the skin and scalp and leaves skin feeling silky soft. Approved by paediatricians and dermatologists. Also ideal for adults with sensitive/delicate skin. Part of the range of Weleda baby products and new parent skincare essentials. Babies’ skin is five times thinner than adult skin and frequently changes according to the environment, developmental stage and health. Sometimes skin will need extra support due to teething, dribbling and temperature changes. A gentle skincare routine can help support your baby’s skin through these changes, helping to harmonise and protect the skin whilst allowing it to regulate itself. Directions: Apply a small amount to the body and scalp using hands or washcloth and gently massage. Rinse thoroughly. Weleda pledges to plant a million trees

In 2021, Weleda’s Centenary year, we decided to mark this incredible milestone and celebrate Weleda’s 100 year history, whilst simultaneously looking to the future, by pledging to plant a Weleda forest in collaboration with the environmental charity TreeSisters. The aim of this long-term project is to plant one million trees to combat climate change.

The Weleda vision is to plant a magnificent forest of trees. Not a single location but a forest of a million trees planted around the world where trees are needed most urgently – to reclaim endangered rainforest, prevent flooding or soil erosion, protect natural habitats, support local communities in some of the poorest countries in the world, and empower women in the workplace. TreeSisters funds tropical reforestation projects globally with a focus on initiatives either run by women or supporting women around the world.
