Replace your Oral-B iO toothbrush head every 3 months for good results.

Directions

Wet the toothbrush head, apply toothpaste, guide the brush along all tooth surfaces in a circular motion for two minutes, twice a day, paying attention to pressure applied while brushing. Replace the brush head every three months.
