• Make sure that the headset is properly connected to the controller. If it is only partially connected, it will cause the sound not to be transmitted correctly and may also cause the microphone to stop working. Make sure the microphone is fully open. If it is only partially open, the microphone does not work. If you hear a loud echo in the headset, it's because the microphone is picking up the sound from the TV. To remove the Echo, please mute the TV and make sure that the game sound is only transmitted through the headset.
