Moisten the toothbrush head with water. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gum line and brush gently in a circular motion. Brush the outer surfaces, inner surfaces, and chewing surfaces of all teeth. Brush the tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. Brush for two minutes, twice a day. Replace the toothbrush head every three months.
