  • How do I properly apply the 3M adhesive base?

Use genuine 3M VHB tape for optimal adhesion. First, clean the dashboard surface thoroughly. Then, press the base down firmly for 1 minute. Allow it to set undisturbed for 48 hours before mounting.

  • Is the wireless charger compatible with Android phones and do phone cases affect charging?

This wireless charger is designed primarily for iPhones with magnetic wireless charging capabilities, starting with iPhone 12. Avoid using thick (over 2.5 mm) or non-magnetic cases as they might hinder charging efficiency.

  • Is it safe if the wireless charger gets warm?

It's normal for the charger to get slightly warm, especially during prolonged gaming or streaming sessions. This charger complies with EN 62368-1 and IEC 62368-1 standards, ensuring its safety.

  • What power does the car charger need to support wireless charging?

For optimal wireless charging, use the original car charger accessories. A minimum of 20W output is required for 15W charging, and at least 10W output is needed for 7.5W charging.

  • How do I choose the right place to install the mount?

After confirming compatibility with your dashboard, pick a flat area large enough for the base (93*63mm) that won't block your view. Test the position by temporarily placing the mount. Then, remove the protective film and secure the base.
