How to Install the App on Your Smartphone

2: Tap “+” to configure your new camera and connect to Wi-Fi. Note: When using the camera for the first time, please connect your smartphone to a 2.4G Wi-Fi router and follow the instructions in the user manual to configure the camera and connect to Wi-Fi.

A: Please confirm that your device is properly connected and check if the app permissions are restricted.

A: The default password for the camera is 666. If you forget your username or password, you can restore the camera to factory settings to obtain the default username and password.

Q3: How do I restore the camera to factory settings?

A: Press and hold the reset button on the camera for about 5 seconds until the camera restarts.

Q4: Why is the image blurry?

A: Remove the protective film from the lens. If it is still blurry, please rotate the camera lens and focus, then you can get a clear image.
