My laptop and monitor are connected with a Type C to C cable, showing "No Signal" , how can i solve it?
The USB Type C interface needs to support Thunderbolt 3/4. Please confirm whether your laptop supports Thunderbolt 3/4. Otherwise your laptop can't transmit signal via usb c to usb C cable.
I can't save the settings | made in the OSD menu, is this normal?
