Wi-Fi Connection Procedure

Step 1: Download and open the app as per the instructions, then power on the dash cam.
Step 2: Enable Wi-Fi on the dash cam by pressing the power button to display the “WiFi & Firmware Info” screen.
Step 3: Use your smartphone’s Wi-Fi settings to connect to the device’s network.
Step 4: Once connected, configure the camera and app settings.

Helpful Tips

For optimal app functionality, ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection. If the connection is interrupted, some app features may be unavailable (similar to Bluetooth on phones).
Standard video recording on the dash cam will continue even if the Wi-Fi connection is lost. You can still view recorded videos as long as the dash cam is properly powered.
The Wi-Fi range of the dash cam is approximately 3 metres and is only used to connect the dash cam to the mobile app. It does not provide internet access.

Loop Recording and Support for Micro SD Cards up to 256GB

Older videos are automatically overwritten to ensure continuous recording. You can select the duration of each video file to be 1, 2, or 3 minutes in the settings. It supports Micro SD cards from 32GB to 256GB, U3 or C10. (Note: a 64GB Micro SD card is included in the package.)

G-Sensor and Emergency Lock

The dash cam features an integrated, adjustable G-sensor (low, medium, high sensitivity) that detects sudden impacts or movements, automatically locking video files to prevent overwriting. This ensures reliable recordings in the event of a collision or accident.

24/7 Parking Monitoring and Recording

The dash cam offers continuous parking monitoring through time-lapse mode. If a collision occurs while the vehicle is parked, it automatically switches to emergency recording. Time-lapse mode records at lower frame rates, ensuring ongoing monitoring with minimal power usage—ideal for guarding against theft or vandalism. Helpful Tips

If you can’t format the SD card via the app, format it to FAT32 via a computer.
The first time you insert the SD card into the dash cam, it must be formatted via the app.
The dash cam requires a memory card with specific performance. A reliable Micro SD card, class 10, U3 speed is recommended.
If your vehicle lacks a cigarette lighter socket, you can power the device using a USB-C cable with an output of 5V 2.5A or higher, or connect it directly to the car’s fuse box using a separate hardwire kit for continuous power supply.
