Indoor Pet Camera with 2.4GHZ WiFi Connection


This indoor pet camera supports wireless 2.4ghz WiFi connection. After connected to the 2.4ghz WiFi, you can watch the live view of the pet camera anywhere through the Wansview Cloud APP.

Indoor Pet Camera with 2.4GHZ WiFi Connection

  • Is it wireless? Does it connect to 5g?

    No. The "wireless" refers to wireless WiFi connection. But the pet camera needs to be plugged in all the time.

    The dog camera only work with 2.4ghz wifi. Most routers supports 2.4ghz and 5ghz at the same time. You can check the router settings first.

  • Why can't the pet camera be connected after disconnecting?

    1.Restart the baby monitor camera by unplugging and refresh the app, then see if it is back online;

    2.If not, press the RST button for 5s;

    3.You can then reconnect the indoor security camera when the light flashes blue and red/flashes blue twice.

  • Do I have to subscribe to cloud storage to watch the pet camera?

    Users can watch the security camera footage on the app for free.

    Cloud service is optional. Users can also freely enjoy motion alert feature and SD card storage (card is not included) for recording and playback.

  • How to share the pet camera with my family?

    1.Family register their own account;

    2.Camera owner go to camera [Settings] > [Invite Family & Friends] > Tap [Share] icon > Enter family's email address > Choose [Share settings] > [Confirm];

    3.Family account open the app and tap [Receive].

  • Why there is nothing after inserting a SD card?

    If you insert a micro SD card (up to 128GB) but no memory card storage setting, it's because the card is not recognized by the pet camera. You can format the card to FAT 32 or exFAT; try another SD card; restart the camera and update its firmware.
