Solar Panel for 365 days-Battery Life

Please install the solar panel on a south direction wall, avoid any shelter to get more sunshine. You can clean the solar panel regularly. When you receive the cctv camera, we advise that you can fully charge the camera with a power cable first, as the charging efficiency of the panel is limited.

5000mAh Battery for Wireless Connection

Please fully charge the outdoor camera before the first use, as the battery may run out during transportation. There is no indicator light during charging, you can go the APP and check the battery at the top of camera setting page. If no change, you can switch network or reset the security camera.

• Why won't the battery security camera outdoor connect to the phone?

  1.Fully charge the camera

  2.Press POW button to turn it on

  3.Press the RST button for 15 seconds

  4.Ensure both the camera and phone are connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi during setup

  5.Double-check the WiFi password is entered correctly (no space)

• Why is my solar panel/ camera charging slow or not working?

  1.Clean the solar panel and adjust its postion to ensure sufficient sunlight

  2.Switch the camera to Power Saving Mode in [Motion detection]

  3.There is no indicator light during charging, you can check the battery at the top of camera setting page

• I've inserted the TF card, why I can't see the recordings?

  1. Ensure it's a TF card (not included, up to 128GB, format exFAT/FAT32)

  2. Unplug the camera, insert the TF card, then re-plug it

  3. Go to 'Device'–tap camera to live feed–select 'Replay'

  4. Format the TF card to FAT32/exFAT on the computer

• Do I need to subscribe the cloud plan?

  No. Cloud storage is NON mandatory subscription. We offer a 30-day trial. Also you can choose to insert a TF card (not included) or enable motion alert to view short recordings without subscription.

• My camera keeps disconnecting. How do I check?

  1.Fully charge the security camera with power cord

  2.Try using a different power cord/socket/plug

  3.Reboot the router and camera then place the camera near the router

  4.Switch to other network (WiFi or cellular)
