• Why won't the security camera outdoor wireless connect to the network?

  Charge the wireless camera outdoor for 4-5 hours first.

  1.Hold the POW button to turn it on;

  2.The light should flash red&blue slowly. If not, hold the RST button for 5 seconds;

  3.Confirm your WiFi is 2.4GHz;

  4.Enter the correct WiFi password.

• Does the security camera outdoor wireless record 24/7?

  To save battery, the wireless outdoor camera can't record 24/7.

  1.Enable [Motion alert] in the camera settings, it will record alert videos.

  2.To get longer recordings, please use a microSD card (not included) or choose cloud storage service.

• How long can the security camera outdoor wireless be used after one charge?

  The wireless outdoor security camera can be charged efficiently under good sunlight. And the battery capacity can support the use of camera for several days to several weeks. The exact usage time depends on actual situation.

• Why won't my solar security camera fully charge in the app?

  1.Pls refresh the app or log in again to check the charging status

  2.Pls fully charge the camera through the power cord (6-8 hours)

  3.Pls ensure the camera receives sufficient sunlight

  4.If problem persists, pls try to delete and reconnect the camera

• Why is my solar panel charging slow or not working?

  1.Pls clean the solar panel and check cable connections

  2.Pls ensure the camera receives sufficient sunlight

  3.Switch the camera to Power Saving Mode

  4.Charging efficiency of the panel is limited. Pls fully charge the camera with a power cord first
