Connect the watch with your phone in the App Keep Health.

Wear the watch one finger below the wrist bone. Don’t be too loose or too tight.

Please keep your arm still. Keep your arms flat after entering the measurement mode get more accurate readings.

Note: This equipment is not a medical device.

Q:Is there a way to get it to reset the time in the watch( change to the correct time ) ?

A: The watch cannot set time , it will update time when you connect with your smart phone , if you don't want use with smart phone , you can connnect with your phone firstly , then the watch will update the time , then you can disconnect with your phone , then the watch time will be correct.
