• Does the camera support 5GHz Wi-Fi?

  No, it can only work with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

• Is this camera waterproof?

  Rain, snow, or shine, the IP66 weatherproofing ensures its full functionality, regardless of the weather conditions, ranging from 120°F/50°Cto -4°F/-20°C.

• Do I have to subscribe to the cloud service?

  No. Only the AI Detection function requires a cloud subscription.

  If you need to record videos, you can insert a micro SD card instead.

• Is the camera wired or battery powered?

  The camera is wired. It needs to be plugged in to work.

• The camera won't connect?

  Please long-press the camera's reset button until the camera makes a sound and the light starts flashing red, then try to connect it again.
