• Does Chipolo LOOP work with both the Apple Find My network and the Find Hub network on Android at the same time?

  No, LOOP works with one network at a time – Apple Find My or Find Hub on Android. To switch, remove it from the current app (and the Chipolo app), then reconnect it on another device.

• Which phones does Chipolo LOOP work with?

  LOOP works with iPhones (Apple Find My) or Android phones (Find Hub). Requires the latest iOS 14.5+ or Android 9+. The latest version of iOS is recommended. Get free extra features, like Call Your Phone, via the Chipolo app.
