  We recommend SIMs from major operators (O2, Vodafone, EE). EE may not work perfectly with the imoo watch. For MVNO SIMs, manually adding APN settings might be needed.

• How to track my kids to make sure they're safe/locate them when the imoo gps watch for kids does not link to network?

  When the imoo watch has a stable network connection, it sends location data to the app. The app then uses Google Maps to determine the exact location, which is displayed on the "Locate" page, allowing parents to track their child's whereabouts.
