: If a paper jam occurs while the camera is in use, it’s normal and just open the print paper mounted and pull the paper out and place it in front of the ink pulley. It’s normal that papers printed are not clear when first used, as the camera ink pulley needs to be preheated. It would obviously clear more after a few more papers printed.

: During the use of the machine, if it fails to work properly due to improper operation or other abnormalities, it needs to be reset once. To reset, use a small cylindrical tool to press the key in the reset hole.

: The charger is not a toy and should be used according to charging specifications of 5V/1200mA. Toys should be disconnected from the charger before cleaning.

When the machine displays a low voltage prompt and shuts down, it needs to be charged with a TYPE-C plug, and the power adapter should be DC 5V/1A. The red light on the machine is on during charging, and the red light goes out when fully charged ( !)

The built-in 3.7V battery cannot be disassembled and replaced. If it is damaged, contact us for service and repair. The charger is used by adults or under adult supervision.

The product contains small parts, which is not suitable for children under 3. The children should stay away from the fire and keep under the monitor of the adult when playing with it.
