How do you know if a V16 beacon is actually homologated?

If a beacon does not meet all three conditions, it will not be valid in 2026, even if it says it is "approved".

The DGT requires that V16 beacons meet three mandatory conditions to be valid from 2026:

  • Publication on the official website of the DGT
