• Does this camera support 5G Wi-Fi?

  No, it only works with 2.4G Wi-Fi.

• Can the camera track motion?

  It doesn’t have automatic motion tracking, but you can manually control the camera’s view via the app.

• How long does the battery last on a single charge?

  1-4months. The battery life depends on the times of the camera wakes up. If you use solar panel to charge battery camera, then it will save you hassle of taking it down and plug it into recharge.

• Why isn’t the battery charging?

  There is no charging indicator light on the camera, you may think it is not charging. Use the type-C cable to charge the camera for a few hours, then turn it on. You can check the charging status in the app once it's connected.

• Can I log in to the camera on two devices at once?

  No, but you can share access with up to three people through the Septekon app. They’ll need to register their own accounts first.
