Q:Why can't my spy camera recognize the TF card I inserted?
A: The TF card needs to be inserted when the device is powered OFF. After inserting, check whether the capacity of the TF card is displayed in the "System Settings" → "TF Record Settings" of the device in the APP. If it prompts "No TF card detected", it means that the TF card recognition failed. TF card requirements:
1.Please choose a well-known brand of genuine C10 high-speed, FAT32 format and capacity is between 4-512G memory card, not purchasing expanded cards.
2.The TF card can be recognized by the computer normally, and it may take some time for the tiny camera to recognize the TF card. After inserting the card, wait for about 20s before observing.
