Internet Connection
1. Make sure the router work normally and is connected to an available network, otherwise there is no internet for the product.
2. Make sure the Wi-Fi signal is unstable, otherwise the internet connection will be unstable. Note that the machine only support 2.4g wifi, not 4g/5g.
Camera Charging
1. The soalr panel should directly face the sun to receive and generate power to charge. The wall charger should be 5V/1.5A or above. The enviroment should be -10℉- 104℉. If it's over, the charging will be affected and pls keep it in the shade.
2. Pls keep the cover of the charging port installed well to prevent dust and rain into it, otherwise the function of the machine will be affected.
Machine Working Status
1. Pls check the battery volume and charge connection to ensure it works normally.
