• We now use plugs that conform to British Standard BS1363. No need to worry about security.

  During the VINE review, it was found that the previous plug had little popularity in the UK. It has now been replaced with a BS1363 plug that meets the universal UK standard. Any quality issues within a year are replaced directly with a new one.

• Info on Streaming Services

  Due to the HDCP agreement, screen mirroring may not function properly (no image or sound) when attempting to mirror content from certain apps, such as Prime Video, Netflix. We recommend that you use a streaming device such as a Fire Stick or Roku.

• Can’t Connect to Wi-Fi?

  1. Ensure the projector and your router are within 16 feet of each other. 2. Check the time zone settings by navigating to Settings > Time and Date > Time Zone and ensure it is accurate. 3. Test the 2.4GHz frequency bands on your router.

• Can I do screen zoom? Google mobile does not support SK2 projector for wireless screen mirroring.

  In USB mode, screen zoom can be performed in the player. In HDMI mode, you need to perform the screen zoom operation in the HDMI device. The projector only supports Miracast and Google Mobile only supports Chromecast.

• Projector after-sales problems

  SK2 projector will only be exchanged and not repaired if there is a problem within one year. Problems occur directly for a new one.
