• The camera cannot attach to vehicles with aluminum, fiberglass, carbon fiber, or other non-magnetic surfaces.

  Use the metal plate that comes with the product and is similar in size to the camera, and screw it onto the vehicle where you want to place the camera.

• The screen keeps turning on and off repeatedly.

  This could be due to a memory card issue. Please remove the memory card from the bottom of the screen and restart the monitor to see if the issue improves. Should the problem continue, we will be glad to provide further assistance.

• Why are all four indicator lights on the camera off, yet the monitor still displays video images?

  Because the camera is about to run out of power, the blue light is off. Even if you press the power button at this time, the blue light will not come on. So you need to use the included Type-C cable to charge the camera.

• The monitor is black, won't start (no power).

  Step 1: Check if the blue light on the car cigarette lighter switch is illuminated.

  Step 2: Test the cigarette lighter USB port with your phone.

  Step 3: If everything is normal, press the power button on the monitor to see if it turns on.

• Camera keeps shutting off after a few minutes of use.

  This is typically caused by low battery. Please fully recharge the camera using the provided Type-C cable before use.
