If you want to cook in a sustainable and flexible way, the induction hob is for you. It speeds up the cooking process, is easy to clean and saves energy, while giving your kitchen a touch of design.

You will be a premium cook with the Bosch Induction Hob, which has three cooking zones: a triple 32/26/21 cm for cooking with larger containers, and two 21 cm and 15 cm zones. All of them are easy to use thanks to DirectSelect Control. With just one finger you can access all the settings of the board and the 17 power levels in each of the zones.

PerfectFry Plus is the induction hob technology that will allow you to cook healthy and will be your best ally when you have guests at home. By maintaining a homogeneous temperature throughout the cooking process, it gives each food the heat it needs, obtaining professional results in your recipes. The recommended grades for each food are:

70/80°C: Melt chocolate, butter, or cheese: e.g. fondue.

90/100°C: Reheat dishes.

110/120°C: Prepare sauces or vegetable stews.

140 ° C: Fry with extra virgin olive oil, margarine or butter: for example, tortillas.

160 ° C: Fry fish, meatballs or sausages.

180/200 ° C: Fry steaks (medium point or well made), fresh ragout or vegetables.

You can also enjoy Auto start, Sprint, Memory, Pause, check container, cooking time schedule in each zone, child safety lock, residual heat indicator, automatic plate safety shutdown.

With Home Connect you have endless additional features and you can control your hob at the same time. In the event of a breakdown, remote diagnostics will help you know what happens to the induction hob, since the App is able to resolve small incidents from a distance quickly or make a pre-diagnosis so that the Bosch technician carries the necessary spare for the repair.

The induction hob has Maximum Power Limitation to 7.4 kW , preventing the differential from jumping in those homes with limited contracted power.
