• Why didn't the SmartRing start counting steps when I started walking?

  In order to reduce the error, the SmartRing sets an initial value of 13. When the real-time step count is greater than 13 steps, it will officially start counting steps from step 13, and store data once an hour.

• Heart rate monitoring has no data?

  1. Please check if automatic heart rate measurement is enabled on the app's device page.

  2. Ensure the light on the back of the ring flashes during heart rate measurement.
