It delivers eight lanes of SAS3 performance through two internal Mini-SAS HD (SFF-8643) connectors and mates with an eight-lane PCIe 3.0 x8 host interface for high bandwidth and low latency. Flash the card with IT-mode firmware to present each attached drive directly to the OS (JBOD/Pass-Through), ideal for ZFS, TrueNAS/FreeNAS and unRAID.
