Notes:
1. Occasionally, the differential head may require repositioning to rectify errors due to wear or misalignment by loosening, but not removing, the two hidden fixing screws on each differential.
2. The accurate relationship between the wet film thickness and scraper clearance is influenced by the material, liquid viscosity and texture, force applied to the scraper, coating speed, and the geometric shape of the coating edge.
3. After each use, please clean the applicator promptly with an appropriate solvent (not included).

  • ADJUSTABLE COATING THICKNESS: This product features adjustable coating thickness from 0 to 3500μm, allowing it to cater to your specific needs while minimizing the reliance on multiple fixed-gap applicators.
  • HIGH-QUALITY MATERIAL: Constructed from sturdy aluminum alloy, this product is durable and resistant to rust and deformation, ensuring it has a long-lasting lifespan.
  • PRECISE COATING: The high-precision differentiator allows you to adjust the scraper spacing in increments of 10μm, making this applicator ideal for accurately assessing subtle variations in film thickness.
  • EVEN COATING: The applicator includes an extension edge that collects paint during application, promoting a more uniform film and reducing material waste.
  • MAGNETIC DESIGN: Featuring a magnetic suction scraper, this product makes it easy to detach the scraper for cleaning, resulting in more accurate and high-quality coatings.
