    Yes. The refill can be replaced when required, so the pen remains practical for regular writing and long-term everyday use.

  • Does the TAPiTAG dynamic profile require a subscription?

    No. The TAPiTAG NFC Smart Pen is available with a one-time purchase and does not require a subscription. You can update your profile, links and content at any time without recurring charges. TAPiTAG PRO is optional for advanced tools.

  • Does the other person need an app?

    No. The recipient does not need an app. They simply tap NFC tag located in the pen cap and your profile opens instantly in their phone’s browser. It works on most modern iPhone and Android smartphones with NFC enabled.

  • Does the TAPiTAG Smart Pen include a printed QR?

    No. This is our only product that uses NFC only and does not include a printed QR as a backup. Your QR is still available in your TAPiTAG profile, so you can print it on merchandise or other branded items if needed.
