Need SD card to record?	The camera can be used for live viewing through the app. To save and play back recordings, please use a compatible SD card or choose cloud storage if you prefer cloud backup. Please note that the SD card is not included in the package. Using an SD card for storage, both video playback and recording do not require a subscription.
How to Format an SD Card?	After inserting the SD card correctly—click the settings icon in the top-right corner of the preview page—click “Storage Settings”—click “Format Storage Card.” Then check if the SD card can store videos and whether its capacity has decreased.
How to view SD playback?	Click the “View Playback” icon in the bottom-right corner of the preview page—select “Card Playback” Note: If cloud services are enabled, the system will prioritize saving recordings to cloud storage.
What places can it monitor?	It is suitable for everyday monitoring of areas such as a front door, driveway, porch or small garden. For best results, place the camera close to the area you want to watch.
Is it easy to install?	Yes. This window camera is designed to be placed indoors behind a window, so there is no need to drill holes or run outdoor wiring. For the best view, clean the glass first and position the camera on a flat window surface.
